Customer Survey

The customer's existing Windows desktop product allows the user to create a survey, deliver the survey via e-mail or html, and then analyze the results. Premier Consulting developed a Java applet that integrated with the Windows desktop product, reading survey definition information generated by the product, providing the survey user experience, then delivering the survey results back into the product's database.

The java applet allowed for the development of significant enhancements to the existing product functionality:

  • Questions displayed based on answers to previous questions
  • Question choices displayed based on answers to previous questions
  • Survey question branching based on user responses to previous questions
